- Yoga for pregnant women
Beware of competitive sports and sports with sudden motion changes or increased risk of falling:
- Tennis
- Squash
- Ball Games ( Team )
- Horse riding
- abdominal exercises
- Athletics
- A skate boot drive
- Alpine skiing
Sauna visits are recommended only for circulation stable patients.
